What websites are good for your child?

Knowing what websites are helpful can be tricky because there is SO MUCH available on the internet. These are just a few sites that we have found to be age appropriate and beneficial.

PBS Kids

This website uses kiddos' favorite characters to help them work on different skills. *FREE*

Curious World

This a website that works on math, ELA, and social skills. It is customizable according to what you want your child to work on and you can create flashcards to use at home. *PAID*

BrainPOP Jr.

This a fun website that we use in school. Students follow Annie and Moby through animated adventures as they learn. The videos have quizzes (that can be completed with the help of an adult or sibling) and games to extend their learning. Some of the videos are available for *FREE* but there's a *PAID* version as well.

Starfall

If you're looking for a way to work on letters and basic reading skills, this is the place to go. There are fun, interactive videos on each letter. *FREE*

StoryLine

If you don't have many books at home, but want your students to hear books on long road trips or at home, StoryLine is great. It was established by the SAG-AFTRA foundation and features famous actors reading books accompanied by great illustrations. *FREE*
